Whether this is your first class or your fiftieth, you'll be welcomed just as you are. No dance experience is needed. There are no steps to learn.
No mirrors. No right or wrong way to move. Just music, movement and a room full of people exploring what it means to be fully alive.

If you've never been to a 5Rhythms class before, this is a wonderful place to begin.
Each evening is an invitation to slow down, let go of the day and reconnect with yourself through movement.
Come exactly as you are.

Community in Motion
Each year during the summer, we gather outdoors beneath open skies to dance together and raise money for humanitarian causes.
These relaxed summer evenings are open to people who have already danced with me and are a chance to reconnect, celebrate and support something bigger than ourselves.
