Body Sanctuary - a one-day workshop

But what if we don’t quite know how to inhabit our bodies in the first place? This one-day 5Rhythms waves-level workshop offers a compassionate space to begin — or deepen — that journey. Using the dynamic movement map of the 5Rhythms, we’ll explore the body part by part, reconnecting with our feet, hips, hands, spine, and head, before coming into the experience of ourselves as a whole.
Through movement, breath, and awareness, we’ll invite presence and curiosity, discovering how the body itself can become the doorway to stillness, aliveness, and belonging.
No experience necessary — just a willingness to move.
