Repton Rhythms

Every fortnight on Thursdays, we gather at Repton Village Hall near Derby to explore the 5Rhythms map. This two-hour class offers a direct route to embodied, emotional, and creative connection, helping us uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface. Please note, the only gathering in April is 7:30pm Friday 25th.

Everyone is welcome, though the class is not recommended for those under 15. No prior experience or specific ability is required. Sliding scale of £12-£15-£18.Please pay what you can afford.

Community In Motion

As I’m pausing Earth Dance—the monthly gathering at Whitehouse Farm—this year, I’d love to invite you to a special one-off dance where we’ll come together as a community in motion.

We’ll move outside in the stone circle and, afterward, gather around the fire for tea and cake.

This event is donation-based, with all proceeds going to Doctors Without Borders, and it’s open to anyone who has danced with me before. Please register using the form below so I can keep track of numbers.
