5Rhythms Sweat

Fortnightly Thursdays, we gather at Repton Village Hall near Derby for a 5Rhythms Sweat. A Sweat is a lightly guided class where there's plenty of space for your own practice. All are welcome although not recommended for under 15's, no experience or ability required. I can offer a sliding scale of £12 consessions - £15 standard - £18 generous.

Earth Dance

Earth Dance invites you to come gather outside in community, at the farm where I live just outside Lichfield. Often honouring the seasonal shifts, we move together monthly from April to September, usually in the stone circle with the grass between our toes and the skies above our heads. All welcome, no experience required.

Embodied Women's Circle

For the past three years this women's circle has gathered at the Autumn Equinox until the Spring Equinox, as a monthly closed group. From September to March, we meet monthly Sunday mornings 10:30am-12:30, at the farm where I live just outside Lichfield.

We are guided to move together and share what is true for us. If there are spaces, new members are invited to join in August. For an invitation, please register an interest.

Day Retreat on the land

Every three months we gather as a small group to mark the changing of the season. Enjoy a full day of dance, song, good company and time on the land. Activities will include guided conscious movement, a singing circle and a ritual to welcome that season into our lives.

The setting will be the cosy, rustic charm of Whitehouse Farm which as much time as possible on the land. A vegan lunch, snacks and hot drinks included. More details on the booking form.
